CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
Once a roster spot is accepted and paid, OR any other fee is paid for any other CBA program including but not limited to training sessions, training packages, smaller baller programs, uniform purchases or merchandise, any future cancellations other than for injury reasons of which doctors note is provided, ALL ROSTER DEPOSITS and FUTURE SEASON Payments or payments for any cba program are 100% NON-Refundable. In the case of injury with provided suitable doctors note, child will receive a credit towards future CBA Programs. Any other refunds of any circumstance, with be processed via cba credit for other cba programs.

All monthly training packages are billed monthly via recurring payment unless cancelled prior to following months cancellation window.
